An Active Lifestyle comes with Every New Home at Lowry
Recreation can be defined in a lot of ways. Especially at Lowry. Only here can you find amenities like a baseball stadium, ice arena, golf course, YMCA outdoor pool, yoga studio, a 24 Hour Fitness Club and public trails—all within walking distance of your new home. Lowry’s park system connects the whole community to 800 acres of activity including the Montclair Recreation Center with two indoor pools, neighborhood parks, playgrounds, and an entire boulevard dedicated to soccer and other team sports.

Lowry Town Center. Steam Plant residents can walk just a couple of blocks to the bustling Town Center, which includes Albertson’s and over 40 retailers, restaurants, small offices and service providers.

Lowry Values Keep Rising. Home values at Lowry increased an average of 9.42% between 2003 and 2005, according to the Denver County Assessor’s Office. Lowry’s increase was far above the Denver median increase of 2.7%. Property values at Lowry can be attributed to location, community design and national trends.
